Are you a Primary School Teacher or Teaching Assistant seeking a new challenge or more experience?

Teaching Personnel are working with a handful of primary SEN Schools in Southampton and Winchester, seeking core subject teachers and teaching assistants.

The school is a primary setting catering for pupils with behaviour needs, including ADHD, Autism and SEMH (social, emotional and mental health). The school has very small class sizes (of around 6-8 pupils) and has a high level of support staff. The pupils can display challenging behaviour.

The be successful in this role you should:

  • have some experience working within a primary school setting or with KS1-3 aged children
  • be enthusiastic about supporting pupils with SEN or Behaviour
  • be resilient and creative
  • have good behaviour management

Pay Rates starting at £9-10ph for Teaching Assistants and £100-130pd for Teahers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
