Support worker in a SEN Secondary School

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work with our dedicated SEN schools within West Sussex. The successful candidate will;

  • Work closely with students with SEN, providing them with the support they need to access the curriculum.
  • Develop essential skills.
  • Regulate their emotions.
  • Achieve their academic and social goals.
  • Assist children in feeling safe and happy at school.

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping students develop their independence, build confidence, and succeed in their educational journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
