This particular school is an 'Outstanding Special school, based over 3 sites in Maidstone, Kent. There are up to 610 pupils on roll, aged between 2-19 years with profound, severe and complex needs.
About the role:
- The work pattern will be Monday- Friday/ 08:30-15:30
- Have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient- this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding!
- QTS or ECT
- Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school, but not necessary
- A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents
- You will be responisble for a class of 4-6 pupils with ASC, complex needs and challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
