Teaching personnel is the UK's leading education recruitment agency, who provide ECTs, Teachers, Tutors, TAs and support staff into mainstream and SEND schools across the UK!.

This particular school is an 'Outstanding Special school, based over 3 sites in Maidstone, Kent. There are up to 610 pupils on roll, aged between 2-19 years with profound, severe and complex needs.

About the role:

  • The work pattern will be Monday- Friday/ 08:30-15:30
  • Have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient- this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding!
  • QTS or ECT
  • Ideally you will have experience working within an SEND/SEMH school, but not necessary
  • A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents
  • You will be responisble for a class of 4-6 pupils with ASC, complex needs and challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
