Salary: Paid to Scale – £32,916 to £51,048 per annum

Teaching Personnel are seeking committed and passionate SEN Teachers to support children in specialist schools across Farnborough. If you are dedicated to helping children with a range of special educational needs thrive, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role:

• Full-time teaching roles supporting children with SEN

• Immediate start dates available

• Work with a variety of needs (ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD depending on the school)

• Plan, deliver, and assess personalised learning

• Collaborate with support staff and senior leaders to maintain a nurturing environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience working with children in SEN settings (desirable but not essential)

• A patient, engaging, child-centred teaching style

• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
