The Job

Through Teaching Personnel, you will be working as a Behaviour Support Mentor. You will be responsible for providing 1:1 support/intervention to boost attainment levels as well as help the students achieve their care plans and achieve Level 1 and 2 qualifications in the core subjects

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience working individuals with challenging behaviour
  • A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve
  • Show resilience and strong behaviour management skills
  • Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support
  • A DBS on the Update Service, or happy to do one

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
