Do you have experience working with pupils with SEMH, Autism, or varying learning difficulties? Do you want to work with young people in a secondary school setting?

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a secondary school located in Stockport, in order to recruit a SEN TA to join their growing pastoral team. This SEN TA vacancy is for a full time, on going position, starting after October half term. The school is seeking an SEN TA who can join their pastoral team, who has experience in either; working with young people with Social Emotional Mental Health needs, varying degrees of Autism, or working with pupils with difficulties (dyslexia and dyspraxia).

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with pupils across the year groups who have a range of needs. You will be working with pupils in a pastoral role, supporting them academically and on a personal/ emotional level.

The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to build rapport with pupils across the age groups within a secondary school. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive SEN department who look to mentor and develop SEN Teaching Assistant, within a Manchester secondary school.
