SEN TA - Global Delay

A client school in Central Manchester, M14, are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support 2 children with additional needs in the one of the schools Year 1 classes. Both children have global delay and need continual support through out the school day. The school are looking for a teaching assistant who has prior experience working with children with similar needs who is able to work as a constant support for the pupils academically and socially.

This two form entry primary school boasts a state of the art facility and children who show continual levels of progression. The school is situated in Central Fallowfield and is easily accessible by car, tram or bus.

The school are looking to recruit for this role as soon as possible with a view to the successful candidate starting after February half term.

To be considered for this role, you will:

  • Have experience supporting children in KS1
  • Be comfortable supporting two children with specific needs on a 1:1 basis
  • With have a compassionate attitude towards supporting learning
