Support staff required for a permanent position at a school in South Liverpool

  • Have you got experience working with pupils in Reception?
  • Have you got experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs?

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant for a full-time role starting at a school in South Liverpool as soon as possible. The school is located off Queens Drive approximately 15 minutes away from the Liverpool City Centre. Public transport routes are also easily accessible and regular to the school.

The school are looking for a:

  • Strong Teaching Assistant with experience working 1:1 with a child with Cerebal Palsy
  • Experience working with children with challenging behaviour
  • Full time TA starting as soon as possible
  • Team Teach trained or willing to do the training through Teaching Personnel

The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2015 and have roughly 364 pupils and 23% SEN pupils in school. Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
