Our Specialist SEN Branch here at Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a client independent school based in Caerphilly. The young people within the school have difficulty learning as a result of their emotional, social and behavioral difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and Asperger’s Syndrome. The school itself is a co-educational independent special school that offers day and residential placements for students aged 7 – 19.
Our students have difficulty learning as a result of their emotional, social and behavioral difficulties and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). If you are looking for a challenging role then this is definitely the role for you!
The ideal candidate:
- Psychology and sport graduates
- The ability to use your initiative in situations that may faze others
- The right personality including being approachable
- Military or police personnel looking for a new challenge
- Positive role models.

The school helps develop young people’s emotional wellbeing and social skills. The aim is to develop students to be effective learners so they are able to cope better with the things they find challenging. To do this, they focus on establishing positive and healthy relationships, emotional wellbeing and developing social skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
