SEN Support Staff - North Somerset

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking to recruit specialist support staff to work in Special Educational Needs and Alternative Provisions in Weston-Super-Mare and the surrounding area.

Your role of as a member of SEN support staff will be to work with children whose primary need is Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties, however, you will be exposed to a range of additional needs. The role will involve providing 1:1 support as well as small group work with SEN learners. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
