Job description

A client school in Wandsworth is looking for an ASC Specialist to work alongside a pupil who are a little bit behind in school.

The Role:

The role is to start as soon as possible; the successful candidate will be expected to provide quality support in line with the KS1 Curriculum framework, specifically targeting improving the levels of the ASC child . The position does have the longevity to continue until July and this is an excellent opportunity to make an impression amongst Senior Leaders in school who have contacts across the Wandsworth area.

The School:

The school is located in Wandsworth , located near public transport links and tends to have a mixed catchment area, with children attending school generally meeting the national average in attainment at the end of Key Stage 1.

The Head teacher:

The Head teacher is an established figure in school and has a vision to push the school from Ofsted Good to Outstanding within the next year or so. She is keen to implement a strong community spirit amongst staff and parents as well maintaining high standards for behaviour as well as academic development. She has informed the agency that she is looking for a committed and experienced practitioner who is keen to come into school and impact on the children's learning.
