SEN Support

Teaching Personnal are recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA to join an 'Outstanding' mainstream school in the Redcar area of Teesside. This full time SEN Teaching Assistant position is available for an ASAP start and is set to terminate at the end of the academic year.

About the Role

  • SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA
  • ASAP Start
  • Temporary contract
  • Support with teaching and behaviour
  • Working across the school with ages 4-11 years old

In order to be considered for this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant / SEN TA will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Have Team Teach or restraint training
  • Eligible to work in the UK (must have valid visa)
  • Recent classroom-based references and valid DBS/police checks
