Role
Teaching Personnel are looking for an SEN Support Worker for a full-time ideally as soon as possible. The school in located in Leeds LS10, just a short journey away from the Leeds City Centre with direct public transport links to the school. The role will involve working with various pupils across school with additional needs including; Autism and Behavioural Issues.
Ideal candidate
The school are looking for a:
- SEN Support worker with previous school based experience
- Experience working with pupils with Autism and Behavioural Issues
- Available full-time
- DBS
School
The school received 'Good' at its last Ofsted in 2016 and have a strong and supportive senior leadership team who are willing to offer additional training whilst in the role. The school in located in Leeds LS10 (beeston) and the role will involve working with pupils with SEN including- Autism and Behavioural difficulties.
Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as; Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education, and Leeds Trinity University.
These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Accredited Team Teach, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Prevent Duty, Read Write Inc. and Child Protection in Education. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you the most highly sought candidates in the market.
