Are you looking for work after the Easter half term? We require an experienced Learning Support Assistant in Bordon!
Teaching Personnel are the UK's largest education providers of Teachers and Teaching Assistants, and we are proud to be working with a Special Needs school in Bordon who require an SEN experienced TA to work within their lovely provision.
About The Role:
The school cater for both Primary and Secondary aged pupils with varied Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties, as well as physical and medical needs. Class sizes are small and you will be assisting the class teacher along with the support of fellow Support Assistants within the classroom. The requirements of the job will include 1:1 and small group work. The school hours are between 8.30am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Criteria:
For this role, you must have previous experience with children and young adults who have additional needs. In addition, you will need to have experience with manual handling and gastro feeding, as you will be required to assist children who need medical support.
A minimum of GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English is essential.
You must have a confident and nurturing personality, with a passion about making a difference in young people's lives.
