Role Overview:

• Provide tailored support to children with complex needs in a mainstream setting.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver individualised learning plans.
• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personal development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children or adults with complex needs (essential).
• Ability to build positive relationships and promote inclusion.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
