The successful candidates will need to:

  • Use their own initiative yet be able to be an effective team member.
  • Care pastorally and aim high academically.
  • Be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents.
  • Experienced with children who have challenging behaviour.
  • A warm and patient individual able to make a real contribution at school level.
  • Able to support the school learning policies and become an active member of the teaching team.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
