Job description

I am looking for SEN Specialists to work within the area of Kingston Upon Thames, SW London. We are looking for individuals who are willing to create a comfortable learning atmosphere for SEN students and make a difference through 1 to 1 interaction and learning. This specific school is Ofsted rated "GOOD" and are in search for someone who not only will commit to maintaining those standards but also help raising them.

I am looking for candidates with the following qualities:

  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Use initiative, the ability to adapt quickly and to be inventive when dealing with different needs.
  • Reliable, organised and understanding.

As a potential candidate with experience with Autism, ADHD, EBD, PMLD, etc. is favourable however, overall experience with working with SEN children will be taken into account. I am looking for dedicated members of staff who are able to travel to SW London.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
