SEN Specialist Teaching Assistant Vacancies

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit SEN specialist teaching assistants to work with a client school based in Cardiff. The role requires candidates to work between 8:30-3:30, working either in small groups or on a one to one basis. Keeping the pupils on task to meet their learning aims and objectives. Trips to the local park or playing sporting activities may also be required of you when dealing with a deescalating situation. The students that attend the client school may be diagnosed with autism or co-existing conditions including ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, Tourette's syndrome, epilepsy and or challenging behaviour. We offer a competitive rate of pay ranging from £54.00-£60.00 based on experience. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
