Teaching Personnel are currently working with schools within the nottinghamshire  area that have a high need for SEN Education Specialists.

As an SEN Education Specialist, you can engage one young person with their education, being 100% focused and bespoke to their needs and requirements. We’re looking for candidates from all walks of life, with a variety of experience engaging young people in their education, supporting them with their barriers to learning in the school environment.

What does a typical day look like?

• Work with children who have SEN & SEMH needs

• Engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning

• Inspire the hope for a better future What are we looking for?

• 2-years minimum experience in SEN/education

• Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding

• Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours

• Availability of at least 4 days per week

• Access to own transport and able to travel a 15-mile radius Hours will be in line with School opening times (08:30-15:30) but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons, but we will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your own commitments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
