SEN school in West Ealing looking for an LSA

A fantastic opportunity has come up in the West Ealing area for a Learning support Assistant (LSA)

Ideal candidates for this role are those who have previous experience working with young pupils with learning difficulties as well as suffering from Autism.

Candidates need to be able to support teachers in the classroom, encourage students to take part in the classroom. Candidates must be able to become an ideal role model for young people and help develop their social skills.

We are looking for LSA with the following attributes:

  • School based experience
  • Working with young people
  • Experience in dealing with pupils with autism and learning difficulties
  • Flexible availability
  • Help with the management of classroom disruptions
  • Encourage students to develop in social skills and confidence

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
