Are you fed up from working in schools with large number children per class?

Still want to support young people who have barriers to learning and end the day knowing you have made a posistive impact on a young persons life?

Do you look at your class and feel like you just don't have the time or resources to teach each student the way they need to learn?

You know at least half your class have different barriers to learning with various complex and emotional needs, and a majority of what you're going to say for the next 50 minutes won't sink in?

STOP!

What if it doesn't have to be this way? What if you can use your experience, creativity and emotional resilience on 1:1 basis and make a more lasting impression in a young person's life?. You can start each day knowing that you can give all your attention to just one child and you do what you've always wanted to do as a teacher which is teach!ll set and necessary characteristics.

You're going to need at least two years of experience working alongside or teaching young people with SEN, those who demonstrate challenging behaviours and who have various barriers to learning. Its doesn't matter if you are a teacher or Support Assistant WE WANT YOU!!

If you have the experience or even the desire to take your career in a new direction, ability to engage and inspire a young person as well as the understanding of how to use specific interventions and de-escalate potential challenging situations then we want to hear from you.
