Job description

The school we are currently supporting with their staffing needs are really committed to pupil achievement and really aim to get the best possible out of the pupils.

Due to a passion for ensuring that pupils can access learning effectively, the school are seeking an SEN LSA to join their team and support KS1 pupils on a daily basis.

You will have:

Experience of supporting within KS1
Background in supporting SEN pupils and/or those with additional needs (experience of supporting pupils with Autism is desirable)
A positive attitude to education and also the ability to inspire
A creative approach when working with pupils
