SEN Learning Support Assistant – Primary – Reading (Experienced Preferred)

Job Title: SEN Primary Learning Support Assistant
Location: Reading
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Pay: £90-£110

Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in Reading primary schools. This role involves working with pupils who have autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.

Your Role:

  • Provide 1:1 or small-group SEN support

  • Help children access learning in EYFS, KS1 and KS2

  • Support communication, behaviour and emotional development

  • Work closely with SENCOs and teachers

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous SEN or primary classroom experience strongly preferred

  • Calm, patient and nurturing approach

  • Passionate about supporting children with diverse needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
