Pay: GBP57-GBP65 per day (No Hidden Fees)

Our Specialist SEN Branch here at Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to work within Specialist SEN & Behaviour provisions across South Wales. Our client SEN and Behaviour schools now look to us to support them with their additional staffing requirements in the run up to Christmas and going into January 2020. Have you ever considered working within a SEN schools? I can promise you it's one of the most opportunities you could ever consider.

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Have an interest or experience in supporting children and young people who have additional learning needs. This can include Autism, Cerebral Palsy & Complex Medical Disorders. 
  • Looking for experience for future career aspirations. 
  • The ability to proactive in situations that can challenge.
  • To be lighthearted and engaging. 

Your role:

  • Preparing learning resources.
  • Encouraging children's confidence, self esteem and independence.
  • Helping children understand instructions,
  • through repetition, re-phrasing or demonstrating.
  • Putting into practice individual education, social, behavioural and personal care programmes.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
