Teaching Personnel work closely with an 'Outstanding' Special Sports school in Worthing who are looking to appoint psychology graduates experience or proven interest in supporting autism. To support a small class of children with their learning needs. Skills that you will need to require;
- Work within an SEN specialist setting
- SEN experience - Mainly with Autism
- 1-2-1 work
The Role:
The Psychology graduate role will give you the opportunity to be trained, familiarised with the pupils, education framework and understand the school ethos/ policy. After the successful completion of the academic year you will then be given opportunities to go on permanent contract. The role is to support pupils with autism one-to-one, in small groups and generally. Successful graduates will be resilient, hard working and creative. With a range of sought after opportunities, training and career progression within this highly accredited school this is a great place to develop and work as part of a fun and amazing team.
