SEN Support Staff to work in a College based in Nuneaton!

Teaching Personnel is currently working with a college based in Nuneaton, that is looking for new members of staff to work within their Learning Support department. The college caters for pupils aged 14-18with both mainstream pupils, and pupils with moderate levels of SEN - whether it be mental health, Autism or MLD. You will be working within a team dedicated to those pupils with SEN, who may need either academic or emotional support - or possibly both! You will work on a 1:1 to basis, with different pupils throughout the day. The successful candidate will have great people skills.

Candidates from all backgrounds, and experiences will considered. However, some experience with SEN is desirable - whether it be with children or adults.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time and long term role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
