Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant Required

Teaching Personnel work with a variety of SEN schools including ones which cater for: Autism, moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties and emotional and behavioural difficulties. Teaching Personnel work with both Primary and secondary schools in the Dorset area.

A school in Dorset require a support worker/ teaching assistant for a 1-1 role. It is desired that you have had experience with autistic pupils, preferably have a Team Teach certificate and a strong behaviour management background or sport's experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
