SEN Learning Support Assistant for school borough of Barking & Dagenham

In the past year the market has changed. Teaching Personnel have become SEN specialists not by choice but necessity. Each week mainstream schools in Borough of Barking and Dagenham are requesting Learning Support Assistants to support children with SEN on a one-to-one basis. Do you need any qualifications? No but if you have it helps Do you need classroom experience? No. All you need is experience working with children with SEN. Most requests are for supporting children on the autistic spectrum and with challenging behaviour. I get vacancies all over Barking & Dagenham but in particular, areas in and near Barking and Becontree. There are half days, full days, full-time-time and part-time. I want passion, energy and commitment from you and in return I can get you employed in a lovely school in your local area.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
