We are currently seeking to recruit people interested in working within a Special Education Needs setting. No qualifications are necessary, though if you have previous experience or feel confident in at least 3 of the following then don’t hesitate to get in touch…

• Youth/Community work experience

• Youth Offending Service experience

• Support/Care Work

• Special Education Needs Experience

• Sports coaching, qualifications or experience

• Mentoring/Tutoring

• Teaching/Learning Support Assistance

• Challenging behaviour outside of a school environment

Your role as a teaching assistant will include working with Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC/ASD), Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD). The roles are extremely rewarding and offer you the chance to make a real difference in a pupil’s life.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
