Behaviour Support Staff required in local Northamptonshire colleges

Have you ever considered working with children with Special Educational Needs? Could you see yourself providing 1-1 support to students with Autism and those with challenging behaviour? I am currently working in partnership with a local college in the Northamptonshire area who are looking to recruit staff that are comfortable working alongside children with challenging behaviour and a range of other Special Education Needs.

If you have previous experience or feel confident in at least 3 of the following then don’t hesitate to get in touch…

• Youth/Community work experience

• Youth Offending Service experience

• Support/Care Work

• Special Education Needs Experience

• Sports coaching, qualifications or experience

• Mentoring/Tutoring

• Teaching/Learning Support Assistance

• Challenging behaviour outside of a school environment

• Outgoing personality

• Proactive
