Behaviour Mentor - Tameside Secondary Schools

Are you from a youth work or education background currently looking for a position to support student sin Secondary Schools?

Teaching Personnel’s client school are looking for a Behaviour mentor to work with their students who are at risk of exclusion.

The school has an alternative learning provision unit that you will be working within as part of. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching or looking to get school based experience. Situated in the SK14 post code the schools ahs an on site inclusion centre where you will be based.

Candidates interested in this position will need to be eligible for a fully enhanced DBS and have suitable references. The school have planned to interview shortly after half term so you will need to be able to attend these.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
