We are currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join an SEN School in the Spilsby Area starting as soon as possible.

The school is ideally looking for a Teaching Assistant who is experienced in working with young people who have various Special Educational Needs such as:

• Autism


• Social and Emotional Mental Health

• Learning Difficulties

The Teaching Assistant should have knowledge and understanding of:

• The needs of young children;

• Child development and the ways in which children learn;

• The roles played by various adults in a child’s education;

• Behaviour management strategies;

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
