A high achieving primary school with additional special educational needs is looking for experienced teaching assistants to go in and support the school on a day to day or long term basis.

  • Are you confident in taking small SEN groups in a mainstream setting?

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit NVQ level 3 Teaching Assistants for one of our client schools. This is a very successful primary school in Central Derbyshire that provides outstanding care and support for all its pupils. You will be providing learning opportunities to those pupils aged 3 to 6 years with a variety of learning needs.

The successful candidates will be based in a school support setting but will provide occasional support in mainstream classes. You will be part of a team, providing learning opportunities which incorporate therapy aims. Plenty of support will be given and training provided. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
