We are looking for experienced Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants

Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with mainstream primary schools that need Teaching Assistants with Special Educational Needs experience to assist them with long & short term staffing solutions for small group and 1:1 work. The schools have pupils who have a statement of Special Needs or an Education, Health and Care Plan. The students have a wide range of SEN, including Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties, Autism, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, Visual Impairments and Hearing Impairments. Teaching Personnel are looking for candidates to provide long & short term cover within schools when the need arises. The ideal candidate will have an open mind, a confident and outgoing nature and a true passion for working with young people with MLD, SLD, EBD, ASD and other Special Educational Needs. Experience in working in a SEN environment is desirable but not essential as personality and the ability to engage and support young people is more important.
