Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Buddy position in the Woking area.

As a Behaviour mentor your main role will be working with pupils aged 9-16 who need extra support with their learning and developing essential life skills in order to reach their full potential.

This is an extremely rewarding position that will involve supporting young people on a 1:1 basis!

Your role may involve:

  • Supporting young people with their learning and behavioural difficulties
  • Monitoring and caring for pupil's social, emotional and physical well being
  • Assisting teachers with lessons
  • Preparing learning materials
  • Attending review meetings and monitoring progress

If you have any of the following qualities and experience then you may be perfect for the role:

  • Personal or professional experience supporting children in a classroom or other environment
  • Experience with SEN
  • A dedicated and passionate personality
  • Any previous education in psychology or education

The hours of this role may require the candidate to be available between the hours of 8:30-3:30 and position is available on day-to-day, short term and long term options.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
