Due an increased demand for Learning Support Assistants and Teaching Assistants to work with pupils SEN, including Autism, Social Emotional and Mental Health issues, profound and multiple learning difficulties, as well as challenging behaviour.

Our schools span across London and require staff for full time, long term commitment (term time only), part-time and daily cover. In turn we offer supportive environments with continued professional development and the opportunity to go permanent in many instances.

Desired backgrounds include Youth Work, Psychology, Sports (coaching), Music, Art and Design. The following training is desirable: Team-teach, Health and Safety in Education, Positive Intervention, First Aid, Mental Health & Wellbeing in Children & Young People. Some of the training courses are also available through our agency.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
