A successful candidate will have a QTS and experience in working in a secondary school with references to match this. Furthermore, candidates should also have an educational background and be proficient in one of the sciences (physics, chemistry, or biology) in order to supplement their work in this role. Candidates should also be prepared for a fast-paced environment and being able to manage behaviour and concentration within the classroom.
