SEN Tutor Required in the Hucknall Area

Overview

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a full time SEN tutor in the NG15 area to tutor a student with SEMH for the current academic year. The role is full time, 25 hours a week. The tuition will be carried out in the home, under parental supervision and support. The tutor will be responsible for planning, producing, and teaching their own learning resources. The student is of GCSE age, but working below target. Because of this, the tuition will be around Functional Skills English and Maths.

About You

Because of the complex nature of the student’s needs, Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced teacher with QTS, either Secondary or FE, who specialises in SEMH. The tutor should have a base understanding of GCSE English and Maths, and ideally have taught Functional Skills before. Previous tuition experience is preferred, but not essential.
