SEMH Teaching Assistants

Job description

Currently recruiting for SEMH Teaching Assistants in the Salisbury area. The school supports the development of children varying different levels of Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.


The roles requires candidates to support the needs and welfare of the KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 students within the student support team, covering all aspects of education and social engagement.

You will be required to work 1:1 with students, so experience of working within schools, or support challenging behaviour would be necessary.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
