Due to an increased demand for Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) and Teaching Assistants (TA's) to work with pupils with challenging behaviour, Emotional Mental Health we are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting. Desired backgrounds include Sports (coaching), Psychology, Youth Work, Art & Design & Music & training such as Team-teach Positive Intervention is desirable but can also be offered through our agency.

Our client schools span West and South West London & require full time, long term commitment (term time only) & in turn offer supportive environments with continued professional development & the opportunity to go permanent in many instances. All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
