We are currently working with a primary provision who are looking for a teaching assistant to work across KS1 &KS2 with students with challenging behaviour and social emotional mental health issues. An ideal candidate must be educated to degree level and have substantial school based experience (1 year or more in schools) Mainstream experience is suitable as long as the candidate is familiar with challenging behaviour and will not be phased with the behaviour they will be exposed to.
Desired backgrounds include Sports (coaching), Psychology, Youth Work, Art and Design and Music and training such as Team-teach Positive Intervention is desirable but can also be offered through our agency.
