Due an increased demand for Learning Support Assistants (LSA's) and Teaching Assistants (TA's) to work with pupils with challenging behaviour, we are currently seeking to recruit passionate individuals with experience working with young people in or out of a formal school setting.

Desired backgrounds include Sports/coaching, Psychology, youth work, art and design and music. Relevant training such as Team-Teach is desirable but can also be offered through Teaching Personnel.

Our client schools span Oxfordshire and require full time, long term commitment (term time only) and in turn offer supportive environments with continued professional development and the opportunity to go permanent in many instances.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
