I have been approached by a challenging central Primary school located in Blackburn to recruit experienced support assistants to provide 1:1 support for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties. Experience working with pupils of a challenging nature, low self esteem and lower ability is higher sought after.
The role is to work on a 1:1 basis supporting pupils within a classroom base setting and within an inclusion unit from time to time. ‘Team Teach’ training is available to candidates through Teaching Personnel and can support candidates with positive behaviour management within a school setting.
The school is located just of junction 4 of the M65 and can be also reached via the A666 and a range of public transport links.
