Calling out all behaviour specialists in Hillingdon for immediate starts!

  • Pay ranging from £65 - £100

  • Potential permanent positions / flexible part-time and full-time roles

There are a number of schools in the Hayes area that are looking for behaviour specialists to work across KS1 and KS2. The schools are within a walking distance from Hayes and Harlington station with excellent transport links into London.

The role would include supporting children with extreme behaviour difficulties working with them on a 1:1 basis and liasing with the schools SENCO providing feedback and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- 2 years experience working with challenging behaviour in any background

- Team teach trained

- Youth work experience

- Degree

- Willing to do a new DBS and register with the update service

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
