- - Do you have an in-depth understanding of how to support pupils with SEMH needs?
An outstanding Multi Academy trust are looking to appoint a Teaching assistant to start from September 2017. Initially, the position will be temporary for the first term September- December; however this could result in a permanent position for the right candidate. The trust runs across 4 sites based in Oldham. The successful candidate will:

• Have high expectations of young people, including a commitment to ensuring that they can achieve their optimal potential
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to catering for the needs of pupils with SEND/SEAL
• Be able to foster positive working relationships with other staff, pupils, parents and the wider community
• Ideally Team-Teach trained
• Be hard working, organised and proactive in their professional development
