Teaching Assistants, South Manchester

  • £50-£60 a day (6.5hrs)

Our partnership school located in South Manchester are seeking to recruit several teaching assistants.

Do you have experience of working with social, emotional mental health?

Do you acquire skills to work across key stage 1 and key stage 2?

Are you able differentiate working 1-2-1 and working in small groups?

This position is initially being offered on a full time temporary basis, with longer term prospects for the appointed Behaviour Support Assistant. You will be fully supported by the school SENCO within this position, and will work directly on a 1:1 basis with students who portray challenging behaviour.

Both experienced behaviour support assistants, and graduates who have worked within primary school settings are welcome to apply for this position.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
