Teaching Assistants in Grantham

  • SEMH Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one and in small group settings
  • Hourly pay rate; paid every Friday
  • An opportunity to support young and vulnerable students

We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable Teachers of core subjects with experience or a true aspiration, to work alongside Key Stage 3 and 4, 11 to 16 years olds who display challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties (SEMH). You must be able to react quickly, de-escalate unpredictable situations calmly and have a child-centered approach to student progression and learning. There will also be home tuition involved.

A Team Teach qualification or other Intervention training would be an advantage but not essential.
