Teaching Personnel have a specialist SEN team who are looking for support staff and teaching assistants to work within Pupil Referral Units and Specialised Behaviour Schools. We are looking for people with excellent behaviour management and the ability to remain calm, yet firm when faced with disruptions. We have previously registered Ex Military who are now working in long term positions within these units and have been the perfect fit and solution to support and guide the students. The class sizes can vary from around four up to a maximum or around ten students and each class is very well supported with highly experienced staff.
