Teaching Assistants Wanted to Work with Disengaged Pupils

  • Able to effectively manage challenging behaviour?
  • Act as positive role model?
  • Effectively support in a classroom setting?

Do you have experience of supporting in a classroom setting either on a 1:1 or small groups basis? We are actively seeking individuals that are keen to work with challenging behaviour in a Pupil Referral Units in the Hull and East Riding area. If you hold a Team Teach qualification or are keen on gaining one whilst working on the job whilst making a difference to students lives we want to hear from you. You need to act as a positive role model that can inspire students to make the correct decisions within both education and life to better their future prospects. These students come from all walks of life but require extra support for them to better their career prospects. if you can stay calm and positive in difficult situations we want to hear from you.
