Are you looking to work as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs school? Then we want to hear from you!

A Special Educational Needs school located in Ashford looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with Primary school pupils who can not access mainstream education. The aim of the school is to develop pupils behaviour and re-engage them positively with education. . This is a highly rewarding role, yet challenging. Experience working with those with Social Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties is not essential, but would be an advantage. The ideal candidate will display exceptional communication skills and show patience and understanding of those with Special Educational Needs.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
